This Agreement is made between Small Business Plans Ltd , a United Kingdom business, trading as smallbusinessplans.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), and YOU (the referrer), (hereinafter referred to as “the Referrer”).
1. Introduction
- This Agreement outlines the terms under which the Referrer will receive a referral fee for recommending potential clients to the Company.
2. Referral Fee
- The Company agrees to pay the Referrer a fee of £200 for each successful referral.
- A referral is deemed successful when the referred client completes the purchase, and downloads a business plan from smallbusinessplans.co.uk.
3. Registration and Reporting
- The Referrer must register at affiliate registration page to participate in the referral program.
- The Referrer must inform the Company of the client’s details through the designated affiliate system after recommending a client.
4. Payment of Referral Fee
- The referral fee will be paid within 10 working days following the download of the business plan by the referred client, via bank transfer or PayPal.
5. Non-Employment and Tax Responsibility
- The Referrer is not an employee of the Company and is responsible for their own tax liabilities.
6. Data Protection
- The Referrer agrees to adhere to data protection laws and GDPR regulations in handling clients’ personal information.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes under this agreement will be resolved via email correspondence to referrals@smallbusinessplans.co.uk.
8. Termination
- The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately via email for any conduct detrimental to smallbusinessplans.co.uk or for fraudulent referral attempts.
9. Modification of Terms
- The Company may modify the terms of this agreement at any time for any reason.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The Company has no liability whatsoever in relation to the referral program or this agreement.
11. Tracking and Verification of Referrals
- Referrals and earnings can be tracked in the account section of the referral program, generally updated within 1 hour of submission.
12. Definition of Sale Completion
- Sale completion occurs when the referred client pays for, and downloads the business plan. Post-download, the sale is considered final.
13. Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
14. Entire Agreement
- This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
