Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This Agreement outlines the terms under which the Referrer will receive a referral fee for recommending potential clients to the Company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Referral Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company agrees to pay the Referrer a fee of \u00a3200 for each successful referral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A referral is deemed successful when the referred client completes the purchase, and downloads a business plan from smallbusinessplans.co.uk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Registration and Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Referrer must register at <a href=\"https:\/\/smallbusinessplans.co.uk\/blog\/affiliate-register-page\/\">affiliate registration page<\/a> to participate in the referral program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Referrer must inform the Company of the client\u2019s details through the designated affiliate system after recommending a client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Payment of Referral Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The referral fee will be paid within 10 working days following the download of the business plan by the referred client, via bank transfer or PayPal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Non-Employment and Tax Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Referrer is not an employee of the Company and is responsible for their own tax liabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Referrer agrees to adhere to data protection laws and GDPR regulations in handling clients&#8217; personal information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any disputes under this agreement will be resolved via email correspondence to <a>referrals@smallbusinessplans.co.uk<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately via email for any conduct detrimental to smallbusinessplans.co.uk or for fraudulent referral attempts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Modification of Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company may modify the terms of this agreement at any time for any reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company has no liability whatsoever in relation to the referral program or this agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11. Tracking and Verification of Referrals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Referrals and earnings can be tracked in the account section of the referral program, generally updated within 1 hour of submission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>12. Definition of Sale Completion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sale completion occurs when the referred client pays for, and downloads the business plan. Post-download, the sale is considered final.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>13. Governing Law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>14.
